I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. The backing was really hard to pull off (but that might be because they sat here so long) but once I got the rhythm it went quickly. As we prepare our custom home for tile we ordered this Parquet Look tile to see the quality and variation. Art 3d peel and stick vinyl wood flooring plank sheet is made of wear-resistant PVC on top of the hard stone composite material. With a wood texture, it is waterproof, anti-stain, lightweight, and easy to apply. You don't need to be professional, saving your time and budget. They are sticky, but for the edge, you can use some contact glue on the underlayer to enhance it. Besides flooring, it can be applied to the wall as an accent wall, ceiling, or cabinet by adding extra glue (liquid nail/contact glue).
