I really like this desk. I think its great. However, I only recommended it for those ready for the technical and physical challenges and have the skills, time, and patience for assembling things like this. The instructions describe the general order of assembly and are insufficient on certain details. It comes in five boxes, so be sure to do a complete inventory before starting. I spent more than 24 hours (with break times) for unpacking, inventory, and assembly, including getting the drawers and doors operating smoothly to running, wrapping, and placement of power, video, and data cables so that they are just right. Our executive desk's U-shaped form provides plenty of space to spread out your work. It's made of engineered wood that goes with practically any style or color choice. One side of this desk features a rectangular workspace with a modesty panel underneath. The other side has a three-drawer file cabinet for storing and organizing files, books, and other office materials.

Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I would have given this product 5 stars if the information about the product was accurate. This desk is advertised as no assembly required but that is not true. This product arrives in two huge boxes and needs to be attached together using long bolts and an Allen wrench to support the short side. You will need someone who can crawl under the desk to complete assembly. Wayfare only offers the convenience of delivery to the room of choice for this product. They need to add an option for the removal from packaging and setup and assembly too. I would have been willing to pay more for that option had it been available. No assembly required is misleading..
