Great Lounger!! I bought this to help me get through my chemo therapy after colon surgery. I was diagnosed with Stage II elevated adenocarcinoma in November of 2025. Post surgery and then through my first two rounds of chemo pills my recliner just wasn’t doing it for me. But now, I have my own “lounge of luxury”. I bought this primarily as a reading nook lounger. It weighs 50 lbs and I wasn't home when it was left leaning on its end on my porch. I'm a 60 yo woman and managed this solo. It took some work to shimmy this into the house but the room it went into is near the front door. If you have steps you will absolutely need 2 people. The box is big and awkward and difficult to get a good grip. Once in the room, I leaned it against the wall with the bottom facing me. So when you open the box the underneath is showing. Locate the little box with the legs, cut away the protective plastic, screw in the legs and then voila lower it down. The legs have felt stick ons and easy to slide from there if you have hard floors. It does have some unsightly metal brackets attached on both sides so I covered it with a cute throw. Plus I bought the cream color and it could get dirty fast. Hard to say how long the cushion will remain supportive. But overall I feel it was a decent purchase for the price point.. Lisa. It's been home for a hours and I already love this chaise! It wasnt hard to assemble but I needed my husband's muscle to put the back on. It fluffed out to a nice size already. Great and comfy beautiful chair! Comes with two arm pillows that are not pictured. I do use one of the pillows to support my back as this is more of a square shape chair. Needed to put the cushions in the dryer to fluff them, which wasn’t apart of the directions for unboxing. The removable covers are great for spills. Had to iron out the wrinkles after unboxing..
