Good heavy-duty iron. Easy to fill with water and heats up quickly, however the temperature button is in an odd place and my hand kept hitting it while ironing, changing the temperature constantly, so that is a little annoying. Have had for about a month and love it so much! The turbo was is quick and cleans really well. Sheets do take longer to dry if using the bulky setting but doesn't if you use the regular setting. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I had limited space for this appliance so I chose the vent-less apartment size version of the tower. The washing machine half works great. It's small capacity, but it fits my king size sheet set or a week's worth of my clothes so I am happy. The dryer is very slow to dry, likely due to the vent-less status. I’ve been using this iron for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly made ironing way less annoying. The soleplate glides really smoothly, even over thicker fabrics like jeans, and it doesn’t snag or stick. It heats up pretty fast, which is great when I’m in a rush. The steam is strong enough to get out stubborn wrinkles without having to go over the same spot ten times. I also like the pointed tip for getting around buttons and collars. Cleaning it is easy too. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!!
