It was easy to add this fan to a location where a porch light was no longer needed. I purchased a 3 way switch and connected inside so that we can change the speed with a wall switch. It is very comparable in sound and pressure to the same desk top fan that I use in my bedroom. Feels very cheap. The blades click in. They were supposed to have screws for each blade to reinforce it, but we only got 35. I don’t think it’s the best quality but it does the job I guess.
