This table and chair set is perfect. It small enough to fit comfortably in place and large enough to be spacious while dining. It was all very easy to assemble. The table and chairs we assembled in about 40 minutes. It came very well packed and the instructions were clear and all parts were there. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. This small dining table is the perfect size for two and our compact kitchen dining area. It looks decent and doesn’t feel cheap, just appropriate for the price. Assembly only took 20 mins for 2 people, although we did have to put some effort into screwing in parts 4, as they were difficult to fit properly. We were also unable to install parts 7, it seemed like they didn’t quite reach the pre-drilled holes even with the bolts. In the end, we decided not to use them, and the table still feels stable and sturdy. The color is more neutral in natural daylight and slightly more yellow under warm indoor lighting. Ok let's talk chairs! When using in a rental upholstery is a nightmare and solid would is so heavy. Took a minute to get the correct parts, but it's all together now and it's a much more solid table. With the proper pieces together, the table won't wiggle and remains stationary no matter what is places or moved on top.
