Shipping was efficient, and packaging was beyond expectations. The stools are not terribly comfortable, as the fingers do push into you your back, so you cannot really sit fully back. One of the two purchased had a base that was quite uneven, and pads had to be placed to even it out so the stool would not rock back and forth. Edit exactly one year later these stools are basically garbage! They did not hold up at all and are extremely wobbly. There is nothing that works to tighten the “wobble”…buyer beware! I just got these and put them together. They feel very sturdy and well made! The only problem I encountered with the assembly was the last step-attaching the cushion to the body.
