Docking one star per chair leg that shouldn’t have made it through quality control. 2 star item. Bought this as a surprise for my mom’s new cottage at the beach before she comes to visit next week. The chair looks great, the chair part itself feels like good quality and looks exactly like the photos. However, 3 of the 4 legs have misaligned screw holes making them impossible to properly attach. I have contacted support the manufacturer and will update this review if I receive any type of resolution, but for now it’s a pretty big disappointment to have a chair that isn’t usable. EDIT 7626 The support team reached out to offer a full item replacement.
