The best bread pans, if you know how to take care of them. Even though nonstick you should still grease and flour your bread pans. It keeps the coating conditioned and keeps it from discoloring. Any true baker knows this. I would definitely buy these time and time again. I am going to include a picture of both my new pan and my pan that has been used several times as you will see there is no discoloration as people have complained about. I grease and flour my pans. I’m extremely happy with this ceramic frying pan purchase. It’s safe for metal spatulas and spoons and it is absolutely nonstick, which I love because you don’t even have to use oil when cooking certain things. It’s not extremely large, but it’s got a tall rim so you can cook things in it and then when you bake it’s a deeper pan.
