The delivery people from Wayfair were fantastic and they placed it in my living room and unwrapped everything and made sure it was in good order before they left and took all the packaging with them. The sofa is gorgeous, however, it’s more of an ivory color. Also, I paid extra for white glove delivery / setup. When the rather large and heavy boxes arrived, they were dropped off outside my front door without notice (no knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell). Also, after assembly, the boxes weren’t disposed of; I was advised that I was responsible for hauling the boxes away. I’m handicapped and this was very difficult.
