It’s a decent cabinet and fits nicely where we needed it. Three disappointing issues we found 1. There is some sort of a mar on top. It is Not backing from a sticker- there was no sticker on it. It is more like dyed glue or the coating. See photo 2. Assembly went very well until the last step- putting the door on. Every screw needed had predrilled holes EXCEPT the door. We had quite a time getting it lined up. 3.the chemical smell is no joke, as many others have mentioned. We put it on the screened porch with the cabinet door open. This is a beautiful cabinet, but unfortunately is not built to withstand the shipping. Three of the four top corners had crushing damage that was not showing on the box or styrofoam packing material, which means it was either an open box situation that Wayfair sent out again by mistake or it happened at the factory during packing. The interior door stops were also ripped off somehow, damaging the wood piece they were screwed into and leaving us unable to reattach the door stops. That being said, the manufacturer gave us every option to replace the cabinet but we decided to just keep it and accept a partial refund, as it still is a solid and useful cabinet and for what we need it for the damage doesn't negate its functionality. If undamaged, it would be a beautiful addition to any room. The manufacturer is very helpful and obviously customer service is very important to them, which I always appreciate. The chest looks nice. The quality is good. However, the drawers only pull out about half way. Very weird. I thought about returning it but I can make it work. I read the reviews about the drawer problem but still ordered it because I liked it (I don't always trust the reviews). Also, in the product description the drawer dimensions are not listed.
