The Viking 8.5 Quart 3-in 1 Roaster is a versatile cooking vessel; use it as a conventional open roaster for poultry, meats or vegetables, add the lid to convert it into a 9 Quart (to rim) covered roaster, Dutch Oven or stockpot. Internal volume markings in quarts and liters allow for easy addition or reduction of ingredients. Use the lid separately as a 4 Quart Au Gratin, casserole, saute or serving vessel. The roaster's oval shape promotes a convection effect to heat food more quickly, while its 3-Ply Stainless Steel construction through out the vessel ensures even heating in the oven and on the cooktop when deglazing or making sauces and gravy. The mirror finish makes it a beautiful serving dish on the table or buffet. Rolled edges ensure easy drip-free pouring. The elevated stainless rack promotes even cooking and can hang from the rim of the roaster for easy draining. Both roaster and lid work on all cooktops including induction. Stovetop, Oven, Grill & Broiler safe to 600°F/315°C, dishwasher safe, lifetime limited warranty. Viking products began with a passion for cooking. NanoNond presents an entirely new category of clean cooking, stick resistant cookware. Instead of formulating a new coating , we made the cookware itself better, stronger, safer and easier to clean. When you are cooking with NanoBond, you are cooking with pure flavor. No residue, no flaking and no compromises. For groundbreaking innovations in cookware, equip the kitchen with the ultimate work horse- the Hestan NanoBond Molecular Titanium Stainless Steel Dutch Oven. This 5-quart Dutch oven is designed to heat quickly and thoroughly for better browning, simmering, braising, and roasting. Hestan’s innovative cookware technology, Molecular Titanium, bonds thousands of titanium nano-layers to the 18/10 stainless steel construction, creating a brilliantly resilient cooking surface that is 4X harder than typical stainless steel, making the versatile pot resistant to scratching, staining, and salt pitting. This 100% nonreactive Dutch oven is fitted with ergonomic handles for a comfortable grip when cooking and serving, while the high-domed stainless steel lid locks in heat and flavor for fall off the bone creations. High heat and oven safe to a scorching 1050°F, this Italian handcrafted versatile kitchen work horse offers a lifetime of durability for culinary perfection.

The wok cooks very well and evenly! The handles get hot quickly so use an oven mitt or pan handler to hold on them. It is virtually non-stick if you use a little oil and get it up to the right temperature. As a suggestion, maybe have a long wooden handle instead of the two short side handles as they do in Chinese woks. It's easier to hold and cook with and won't get hot.. Roderic C.. Fri Jun 19 2026
