This pan is a perfect size, about 10-inch diameter. Looks nice (dull red as advertised.) While the advertisement says hand-wash recommended, the instructions say it is NOT dishwasher-safe. I had this exact Dutch oven as part of a set, but I got distracted one day and boiled the Dutch oven dry to the point that it super-heated to a glowing red state (NOT good, I know), and when I went to move it, it warped irretrievably and could not be fixed.
