Overall I love this sectional. The color is a gorgeous dark bluish gray (it’s darker than it comes through in my photos). This is a very firm sofa, so if you like sofas that you sink into, this isn’t it! I do wish the seats were deeper. It is a more compact sectional, though, so I guess that makes sense. The pull out bed option is great for guests or cozy movie nights. It pulls out nice and smoothly. I also really like the storage under the chaise as well as the middle cushion that folds down with a charger and cup holders. Assembly was pretty easy. This couch is great! The color is stunning, the cushions are full and don’t sink in, and it is very comfortable. The reason for 4 stars is that the back cushions are a little thin, but it sits very deep which is something I was looking for. I also recommend paying the extra 100 for professional assembly. We loved this couch the minute it got delivered and still do a month later. We were hesitant to purchase without seeingsitting in it in person, plus we couldn’t find any reviews online and it’s a higher price, but can confirm it’s worth it! The material is soft but not plush, durable but not rough. Cushionssitting is comfortable from right out of the box but not super squishy. It feels quality. The back cushions are loose (see pic) and bottom are attached with strong Velcro. The arm rests are my favorite part! There’s a comfortable cushion one next to a harder more stable one (see pic). Was delivered in two large pieces and assembled quickly with a latch. Long-term I’m keeping an eye out on the corner with the chaise getting a little too sunken. The only reason it’s 4 not 5 stars is the wood on the legs. Pictures made it seem like it’d be a chestnut wood but it’s actually grey. Other than that it’s a great couch and we’re very happy!!. I bought this couch on 5/6/2026 and it arrived today, on the 8th. So far, I'm very happy. It firs perfectly in my space. Its not too big but its not small either. It's very sturdy. The cushions are nice and firm, but still a little bouncy and the fabric is soft. Overall, very comfortable! The pull out bed is smooth and easy to open up and put back. I can't wait to have movie nights with my kids on this couch. I'm very pleased so far. Also, it was super easy to put together. I thought that it didn't come with directions so I ended up putting it halfway together on my own until I found the directions lol. I'm a 5'1 woman and put it together on my own in about an hour. The only hard part was the last ar because I had to lift the couch up and it is heavy! But that's because I didn't pay attention to the directions. I want to emphasize how heavy this couch is. I have it on carpet, and it is EXTREMELY difficult to move around. Very, very heavy.
