Our client chose this corner tub for his project. It's a beautiful tub however, there are a few challenges that came with it. The overflow drain only came in one color which did not match his shower trim kit (we had to devise a solution for a matching overflow). Delivered on time and looks good. Tentatively installed and waiting for inspection. Will add to review once we get to use it but so far all looks good! Edit - We are 7 months into living in our renovated house and the bathtub is in our master and we use it daily. We opted for an L shaped shower curtain and it has worked well for us. We did have the contractors put foam under the bathtub for extra support even though the manufacturer instructions did not say to mud or anything underneath. It can feel a little flexible so I am glad we did the extra support. It's not terrible to step out of but I did put a chair in the bathroom for my mom when she used our shower so that she had support getting out of the slightly taller tub. At over 300 pounds, this solid stone bathtub stays firmly in place with zero wobble. Its non-porous finish resists scratches and stains. The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite.
