Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place. this item was purchased for a new install. Meaning there was no other disposal it was replacing. It was super easy and is so amazingly quiet, which is awesome due to the open style floor plan.
