Don't go to all the trouble of weaving a lattice pie top. It's so easy to cut a beautiful lattice pie top with a pie top cutter. A reversible cutter makes a beautiful ornate lattice weave on one side and hearts on the other. Dress up your pies for family dinners, bake sales, or just a little something different. To use, simply roll out your top crust dough, lay dough on the cutter, then roll your rolling pin across the dough, and the pattern of cut-outs is made.

The rubber is thicker than most and doesn’t sag under the weight of cooking. I used non stick spray only on half of the pan and both sides released blueberry muffins easily. However, the side with spray came out more clearly and with brown edges. I am very happy with the pan and the colorful box would make it as a perfect gift!
