I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. Very thick! Well made it looks like but i havent gotten a chance to use it yet. The 2 smaller ones has a little bit of a yellow hue, not sure if this is normal but its not a stain.
