I am a seasoned furniture assembler and was prepared for some frustration based on other people’s comments, but this was one of the easiest assemblies I have ever done! Yes, it takes a long time to build by yourself, but the instructions were excellent and all the parts were properly labeled, and all the screw holes lined up beautifully! I only cussed once when I realized I didn’t have the tiny screw holes facing the back on the very top shelf of the headboard. But that was a simple fix of just flipping it around, no biggie. The LED lights are a nice touch, not so sure about the flashing modes, but I suppose if you are listening to music it might be fun. The drawer assembly is more sturdy than others I have put together and the wheels roll smoothly. Decent sized drawers for storage, but not huge. I was worried about the cabinet mechanism being a little iffy, but it has very strong springs that seem to work nicely. Nice storage area inside and easily accessible. This is a really nice bed frame. It is heavy and solid. As you can see, I haven’t put it together yet. I have looked at all the pieces and read the instructions. The instructions are easy to follow and understand. The quality is great and appears to be very durable. I like the color and the farmhouse style! Although, I do like the bed, there is room for improvement. The headboard would have more storage space if the main center piece would slide open from side to side utilizing the space behind it. Also, the 2 black felt bins are very small! They just sit unattached in the 2 open spaces. You have to be careful when pulling them out so they don’t fall out of the headboard. The 2 rolling wire storage baskets for under the bed are not as big as I thought they would be. It would be better if they were larger! Amazing, sturdy, handsome little bed frame. It's definitely a two person job. Putting on the light strip was a bit tedious, we needed to drill pilot holes.
