It’s a nice chair, on the lower side and quite comfortable It took me 25 minutes to assemble the chair, for me it was straight forward and I didnt have any problems, just follow the instructions and be swear that the bigger holes need to show to the outside to connect the arm pieces, it’s already written in the box so I don’t have the issue at all. My chair arrived intact and on day expected. The FedEx driver was putting it on the carport which was great due to expect. I asked if he could take to my feet family room door just about 15-20 ft from where he was leaving it and he did, earning him a tip. The chair had no damage and I noted that the dust cover at bottom of the chair was actually cloth instead of the paper like stuff that’s often used. I’m 79 yo and moved the box into the house, removed and inspected everything by myself. I attempted to attach the wings to the back but was unable to get the brackets to slide into each other so had to wait for help. Once that was done the rest was easy. I love the color and like many have said in reviews the seat is hard. I expect it will soften up with uses. The fabric is nice and I expect to get many years of use from this chair. Docking one star per chair leg that shouldn’t have made it through quality control. 2 star item. Bought this as a surprise for my mom’s new cottage at the beach before she comes to visit next week. The chair looks great, the chair part itself feels like good quality and looks exactly like the photos. However, 3 of the 4 legs have misaligned screw holes making them impossible to properly attach. I have contacted support the manufacturer and will update this review if I receive any type of resolution, but for now it’s a pretty big disappointment to have a chair that isn’t usable.
