I just received the ladder. Assembly was simple; less than 10 minutes. The ladder is very sturdy and stable, with large rubber feet and excellent grip in the steps. Although the description states "steel" construction, it omits the weight of ~25lbs. It is heavier than I expected. One other consideration: the handrails screw on in a fixed position...not really "removable" w/o removing 4 screws.
