This desk is beautiful, seems well made, and easy to assemble. I am experiencing some tilting when I rest my elbows on it during meetings, but that may be my lack of skill in assembly? The sit/stand mechanism did go a little crazy on its own one day, continuing to go up and down repeatedly, but I unplugged it for a few minutes and plugged it back in and it seems fine now. Also the up/down control screen just went completely dark and unresponsive one day. Again, unplugged and plugged back in and it seems fine. I read that this may be due to interference with other device frequencies, which is fair because I just moved into a new space and there has been a lot of device installation and setup lately. What I like about this desk is the solid wood top and the sleek, classic look to it. I also like that the legs are wood and not metal. The issues I had were that the connectors for the legs on one side were impossible to line up. Then, when I tried to take the other bolts out to try to realign it, the bolts immediately stripped. My advice on this would be to barely screw the bolts in until you’re sure they all line up then slowly tighten them. Once they’re on, don’t try to remove them unless you have better quality replacements. My other issue is that the instructions clearly show screw in levelers on the bottom which are not included. There are even holes drilled on the bottom for them. So, I guess if you want leveling feet on it, buy them yourself! Overall, I’m happy with the desk but there could be some improvements.. Michelle.
