We purchased the chairs for our new house to go with a dining table we purchased about three years ago. They are even nicer in person than represented on the website. They are comfortable and beautiful in our dining room. My husband had a couple of problems with assembling the chairs. I took away one star because two of the bolts to attach the legs were broken in the hardware package, and there weren't extra bolts included. These are beautiful chairs! The quality of the linen upholstery is very nice. The cushion is firm but will probably soften slightly over time. Assembly was simply enough to not have to read the instructions. The chair comes assembled except for the legs. A tiny wrench is provided but I used an impact (power screwdriver) instead. It only took around 10 minutes. One thing, I noticed two smaller screws missing from the assembled portion that we'll have to insert but not a huge deal.
