The instructions were ok except 1 bag of hardware was not labeled. The sofa took about 2 1/2 hours to put together. The cushions are good quality and the frame seems well put together. make sure you leave all screws loose in order to tighten everything at the end. these pics are after putting together which is why so wrinkled.. This couch is very supportive for someone who has lower back issues and is comfortable. It is amazing that there is a queen-sized pullout bed, which is also very comfortable.
