I replaced my old bathroom lights that rusted. These are aluminum and shouldn't rust. My only problem is I ordered 2 lights and now on my 4th box because the glass globes were broken. The globes are packed down in Styrofoam slots but then they put the aluminum fixture on top with the receptacles down in the globes. Any pressure on top of box or jostling around causes the glass to break. Mayfair has been great about replacing my damaged globes. Other than that the light is easy to install and looks nice. This light is so well made. The lamp shades are a heavy crystal. The bronze is bright and shiny. It only took 20 minutes to install if you have basic electrical knowledge. These are beautiful lights. They were a lot smaller than I expected, but they fit the 12 bathroom. I was replacing some old lights in. They do require a lightbulb that my handyman informed me you should change out without using your fingers. The light fixture does come with a gray circular device that allows you to change out these lightbulbs because if you touch them, they do run the risk of exploding in your hand. First off I was very pleased with the packaging..I’m only super nervous when I other glass items but everything was perfect and intact. The floral sconce is very lovely and the petals glass gives it an elegant look. The glass is very sturdy not cheap thin glass so thats also a plus.
