I love the unique retro design of the clock and the yellow borderlight that blends well with the pastel colors in the room. It’s a good size, 14 inches, and I especially like how the numbers glow in the dark with the bright yellow border light. The yellow light can flash intermittently also with a nice warm white
light. The clock needs to be plugged in, in order for the lighting to work via the pull string next to the cord. It also takes 1 AA battery for the basic clock features to work that are nice and silent. No Ticking sounds! I gave it a 4 star rating because the quality of the materials is average. It’s very lightweight and feels like plastic instead of metal, as described in the listing. The clock is over-priced but I would buy it again due to the unique design.
