Wayfair was great with sending out new ones, but they took several weeks to arrive and in one case arrived broken again. These arrived quickly, packed well, and so far, they’re all intact, nothing is broken. I love the huge slats! There are five boards that are 1’ wide x 6’ long. I also love the color! My colorblindness makes it very difficult for me to choose colors. For once, the product color actually matches the picture and what I thought I was getting! I’m very satisfied with these. I haven’t installed yet, but they are going in my bathroom for my floor. I’ll use them with heated flooring. I haven’t cut any of them yet so I can’t speak to how well they hold up against the blade, or their overall longevity. If for whatever reason something doesn’t work out right, I’ll update my review..
