The only downside I found was the build time it took a bit a lot of pieces but other than that this is a great grill I knocked a star off for that one reason only but I would take the time to build this again as it is a nice grill. I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick.
