I do wish that this clock came with a hanging kit though. It weighs about 5 pounds, and I have to admit that I am a little nervous to hang it in our recently remodeled bathroom for fear that it might fall off the wall and shatter the new floor or countertop. While I am very happy with my purchase and this is such a beautiful clock, I am unhappy with the instructions. Basically, it's one line saying put one double AA battery in the unit. It fails to tell you what to do with the other battery insert. When I put the three batteries into the unit, the clock's gears worked (didn't work with only one double AA battery). I was disappointed to find the silver ring on the outside of the clock was plastic. Especially at that price but I found out why it cost so much. It sets itself. When the hands started moving by themselves I actually thought for a minute it was possessed but Im guessing that’s what the atomic means. I’ve really started to like the convenience.
