The knives don't look quite as good quality as I was expecting, but they're fine and work well. They come with a note on each knife saying to handwash and dry immediately, so I'm a litle concerned that there will be water marks even when I do handwash and dry right away.. Jennifer. Ordered this to replace old knife sharpener and it does a great job! I found that once sharp you just need to a couple slides with the fine edge and keeps knives sharp!
