Haven’t washed yet but it appears sturdy enough to resist the hot water washing that is recommended. These pillows are the bees knees. I have bought so many pillows over the years, expensive pillows, cheap pillows, online pillows, in store pillows, and ALL those pillows have failed me miserably. I haven’t slept as well in the last 5 years as I have in the last two nights on this mattress! It doesn’t sink down like a memory foam mattress. To me it’s just like laying on a regular mattress, my weight is supported evenly and it’s very comfortable. I also notice that when you sit down on the side of the bed you don’t start sinking in like you would if you were on a memory foam mattress. I’m loving it so far and will update if there are issues.. This plush, Plush pillow is made with microfiber fill, a high-quality polyester designed to mimic the properties of down. Microfiber traps less air than down and is a tad denser, so it does provide a bit more support than natural down. One benefit of a synthetic pillow is that it can be machine washed at home, given your machine is quite large and you wash/dry on a low heat setting. Natural down and feather are sensitive to moisture, but polyester is not! Plush Support is a flatter-style pillow perfect for front or back sleepers who need gentle support.
