Love the real wood fan blades, sleek design and light weight that I installed fairly easily, by myself. I have installed fans before and this one is slightly more complicated due to the remote receiver positioning and extra wiring to tuck into canopy. It is a very quiet fan, and I disagree with a review I read before purchasing that said it was noisy. I did not have to balance the fan but a balance kit is included. I really liked the thought of using this product. I was not able to use it due to fear of damage of my house if used because of possible high winds and fan being too close to edges. It says it is resistant, but do not know if rod will move too much during wind events causing damage. Description was not clear enough to know. Otherwise, it was the best option I found. It was a quick set up,came with a booklet for easy instructions and also the hardware needed to hang the outdoor fan.This fan has a light with different settings and colors, the fan panels are two different color black and brown.I went with the black looks way better,the remote also controls the fan speeds and timer which is great.. Nice design. Looks appealing. When I ordered the pictures didnt line up with the color of fan. I ordered black and the picture showed brown so I wasnt sure what color I would get.
