We really liked the look of this tall rattan cabinet right away. It has a nice aesthetic and fits well with our space, and overall it wasn’t too difficult to put together compared to some other furniture we’ve assembled. The biggest challenge during assembly was getting the doors properly aligned. That part took the most time and patience, but once adjusted, it looked good and functioned as expected. The main downside for us is the drawer design. They don’t pull out very far, which makes them less practical than we hoped. Reaching items toward the back is a bit of a pain and ends up being the most frustrating part of using it day to day. It took me a long time to find a medium height cabinet for an alcove in my foyer.Im pretty happy with this. I was nervous with all the reviews that it was hard to put together and that the doors dont close. It took less than 2 hours and if your doors dont close its likely you installed them upside down (as we did the first time). My only minor complaint is the color is more yellow-toned than depicted. Got the brown color—it’s a bit darker in person, more like walnut, but I still like it. Feels sturdy and well made. Assembly took a few hours, mainly because I had to adjust the hinges to fix a large gap between the doors. The instructions explain how to adjust them, but not when it’s needed.
