Beautiful couch. Unfortunately, it appears to be defective or perhaps damaged by the delivery guys because I can’t get it to fold out despite trying every possible angle using all of my strength. There’s also a 4” gap behind the backrest where you can see down into the couch, leaving the frame and mattress visible. I must’ve gotten a lemon.
