Quality construction and well built. The drawers are actually drop down doors and there is only 3 on the shorter version that I purchased not 4 as stated in description. I’m actually liking the drop down doors better than drawers as it maximizing space inside a small compartment and the door hinges and soft close hardware are quality upgrades. Fully assembled was exactly that … open the box and hang the unit. Well packaged with plenty of protection from the rigors of shipping … and they got it out for delivery in very short order. 1/5 stars is generous - what else can be said besides this thing is a giant pile of garbage. Comes with instructions that are terrible and if you were hoping for video instructions, this item comes with a QR code you can scan for instructions on how to assemble a completely different item of furniture. If you get through the instructions and successfully mount it to the wall, get ready for a 45 degree sag as there are only two contact points into plain ol' drywall. If you secure the stand to your studs (using your own screws, of course) then have fun trying to get the doors to sit flush with the warped wood. Want to return it? Well, get ready to take some pictures of the defects (sure, understandable) and then go through the effort of shipping this flaming pile of garbage back to them so they can repackage it and sell it to another poor schmuck.
