The stands themselves are beautiful and much nicer than expected. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the screw threading on the poles was not perfect. The one pole threading had what looked like a bead of metal or possibly solder which kept the screw from attaching. Fortunately using a file I was able to remove it. A second set of threads was just a little off and I had to force the screw in. Once I got it started however it did attach. So... beautiful stands if you have a little mechanical know-how.. I’ve had this for about a year. It is well made and very attractive. Only problem is that the two drawers are slightly uneven, so there’s an uneven space between them (pictured).
