It’s very pretty but the hinges fell out as soon as we took it out of the box. Luckily my husband knew what to do. This is not a high end piece of furniture, however, it’s sturdy enough. Nice cabinet that feels a little smaller than expected. It includes white wooden knobs that I switched out with others to coordinate with another furniture piece. For reference, in my photo, the baskets are 16” D x 9” W x 6” H as positioned, to give an idea of what would fit on a shelf. It took 43 minutes to assemble. Its lightweight but sturdy. It looks like solid wood and very good quality. I appreciate how they packaged the hardware needed. You will need a screwdriver. The only downside for me was the last step of screwing in part number 8 would be easier if you apply it before putting on the top shelf. Pros=For that price I was expecting better from the company, from the description and the pictures. It does not extract a 'wow' from my guests but it does not get chided either - it adds a conservative finish decor to your place - and we sought that. Cons =Major broken pieces and major cracks - see photos. I used gorilla glue to glue the broken pieces and cracks. Bottom line = if you want a clean and conservative finish, go for it - but watch out for broken parts - manufacturer must lower price for the end consumer - for their QC lapse and charge back the shipper for mishaps..
