The cushion isn’t very thick so it doesn’t have a lot of padding. My 1 complaint. I ordered Gray and it is Black. If you look at the picture that I ordered from it is clearly gray. I purchased both bar height and counter height matching chairs for my kitchen and returned all at a whopping $167 of returned shipping. The chair was absolutely useless. Whoever designed this chair wasn’t thinking about anything. It’s impossible to get on it while being at a reasonable distance from your kitchen counter because the chair doesn’t swivel. You have to stand in front of it between the chair and the counter to climb into it. By the time you do and sit yourself you would be few feet away from your counter top with no ability to move yourself closer since your feet do not touch the ground. 1 star, but only because there’s no lesser option. Quality is extremely poor, it is questionable whether or not this genuine leather is actually genuine or a complete misuse of that word. Additionally the sizing was either mis labeled or miscalculated to a degree that cannot be qualified as a mistake: these counter stools were actually much larger than standard bar stools. Packaged poorly, damaged in transit and very probably prior to transit, color irregularities among the set of four, and here’s my favorite part: what was a quick-ship product guaranteed to arrive the first week of May, actually arrived the second week of July. While Wayfair was not particularly apologetic or helpful, they did half heartedly promise that I could have a refund a few times over the course of 2,5 months. As if I wouldn’t seek one out anyway. But now on to the battle to recoup the $200 restocking fee. Yes, you read that correctly. Somebody has got a perfect combination of moderate brain damage and huge balls if they’re trying to legitimize keeping any money from this ridiculous exchange.
