The best bread pans, if you know how to take care of them. Even though nonstick you should still grease and flour your bread pans. It keeps the coating conditioned and keeps it from discoloring. Any true baker knows this. I would definitely buy these time and time again. I am going to include a picture of both my new pan and my pan that has been used several times as you will see there is no discoloration as people have complained about. I grease and flour my pans. The light blue one I’ve used several times without discoloration issues. The dark blue one I just ordered because I’m always baking different breads. These are a must have great pans!!. Toni. Great Skillet-- It's the size we need when making dinner for the whole family. The 3 quart skillet that came with the set we bought a few weeks back was great, just not big enough for the whole family dinner. Love the glass lid instead of metal. This is a great addition and cooks very evenly on slightly lower settings than our old skillet did.
