The build is very sturdy but is a pain to put together on your own. Really happy with this dresser. Not gonna lie, putting it together took a while, but it wasn't difficult, just time-consuming. Once everything was assembled, it looked really nice. The quality is good, it feels sturdy, and the drawers open and close smoothly. It has a lot of storage space, and it looks great in living room. This is an incredibly solid dresser. Very heavy, nice quality, well made. Like the color of the wood, nice size, and like that it sits on the floor. Lots of drawers, 9, but each somewhat small. I really like the look of the drawer pulls, but they are not very good quality, thin and cheap. Like the top material, just not a big fan of the color, wish it was more neutral. I recently purchased the Donati 9-Drawer Dresser and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering it. First, be prepared—this is definitely a project if you’re assembling it on your own. I started putting it together around 7 PM, worked until about 2 AM, then picked it back up the next day around 1 PM and finished around 6 PM. It’s time-consuming and can feel a bit challenging at times, but I actually enjoyed the process and found it rewarding to see it come together. There were a few minor issues with some of the wood panels having small chips, but nothing too noticeable once everything was assembled. Overall, the dresser is very sturdy and feels well-made. The finished look is absolutely beautiful and makes the effort worth it. If you’re patient and don’t mind spending the time assembling it, I would definitely recommend it.
