I’m wondering how this rug is going to hold up to the vacuum however... because of the high texture levels it’s best you have a high suction type vacuum and probably set on “low pile” so the brushes don’t wear down the looped yarns. I have a cat too, I’m going to have to keep her nails trimmed. She rarely comes out from the bedroom anyways cuz she’s a scaredy-cat and loves her closet condo. Different than I was expecting but in a good way! I ordered two of these rugs. The hooked pattern is slightly different between the two, but not really noticeable. The rugs are duller, drabber colors in person than on my screen, but I’m actually happy about that. I was concerned that the rug would be too pastel and cottage—y, but it’s a great mix and helps blend my sage green walls, navy blue vanity, oil rubbed bronze fixtures, and walnut medicine cabinet and switch plates.
