My son and I put this TV stand together fairly easily. It took 35 minutes and required no tools except for a Phillips head screwdriver for the anti-tip restraint. It was a little tricky getting the sides attached, but one has only to slide up from the wide part to the narrow part to lock the sides into place at the top and bottom. It was a little tricky keeping the sides open for those portions where we needed them open to connect the sections. The top is heavy and it is overall quite sturdy. The wood has a pleasant smell and the doors are a nice touch. The black wood grain is elegant and the finish is shiny. Poor craftsmanship ! So many overcuts from a saw. Its supposed to be solid wood, but 50 of it is thin plywood. It took over 2 months for delivery. Definitely not worth the price !! I would put a 20 price tag on this junk. Tried numerous times to contact customer service and got no replies. They have lowered my credit limit due to the fact that I refuse to pay for this. Exactly what I needed for my small space. Arrived on time, and there was no damage to any of the parts and pieces. Was able to unpack and put together by myself within an hour. This is the best stand if you are looking for a minimalist stand for 77” Tv . I tried two others, it’s no way near . This is very stable .
