These chairs are comfortable, sturdy and swivel and glide easily. They were assembled by a Wayfair tech who had no issues. Love this set! I, a 58-year-old woman, put it together by myself. Some parts were a little tricky, but I did it! I suggest using a s lf-ratcheting Allen wrench. It will cut your assembly time in half, if not more. The little wrench that comes with the set works fine, but it’s very tedious tightening the screws either the wicker in the way. This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back.
