Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually. This things is huge! It came in 3 boxes as mentioned. It did require two people to help put it together but it is lovely and comfortable! I would NOT suggest using their assembly service as it is through Angi and they cancelled on me 2x and explained that there is no specific person assigned to the job, its just if someone chooses to do it in my area. The did refund the full fee though. 2 parts are hidden in part 11 that I thought were missing. One of the inner parts was damaged and the manufacturer processed a speedy discount.
