The chair arrived as scheduled, was easy to assemble. To be fair I've done probably 50 different chairs due to working in Hotels. The chair looks great and is fairly comfortable. There are a few things to note and consider that are not deficiencies. It is a large chair, and heavy duty. Because of this the lowest height is my standard setting, at this height, the arms will not go under my desk which has a drawer...probably 2" too high. It does not have any lumbar adjustment, no problem, just a note and for those wondering how thick the PU leather is, the answer is not very. If you have cats and they are allowed near this chair, di not expect it to remain nice. I had a claw mark the first day and covered it with a blanket...that helps but does not stop it. Lastly, the foot rest is ok, I don't love the style/design but it's functional. Also. How flat does it lay, it is not flat but it is a decent recline that one could nap in. You can lock it in anyplace on the recline. The controls are a little bit out of reach but ok. I love the style of the arms, but wish they fit under tge desk.. Dan. NC. Wed Mar 18 2026

The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. All of the features work perfectly, including the height adjustment and reclining lock mechanism, which is a great touch for comfort during long work sessions. My recent new position requires me to work from home, so we set up a little 'office' for my needs, which includes a stand/sit, option for the desk. My wife and I reviewed the possible candidates on Wayfair and we narrowed it down to about three. This one ticked the boxes. It arrived very well packaged and protected for transit. It is reasonably straightforward to assemble. Take your time and it goes to together well. The buttons (see photo) on the arms don't really have any function, I think they're supposed to lock the arm in the up or down position but don't. But don't worry, the arms won't drop down unexpectedly, and they swing up and back far enough to let you get out of the chair at the side. The chair adjusts for height (What I needed) how much resistance when you lean back in it, and how far back it leans. The adjustable foot ring at the base is very handy. Comfort? Oh wow! The previous office chair felt like sitting on rocks after 30 minutes. This is sublime. No really. There's a description of its seat internal construction, but quite honestly, I'd believe it if they said it contained only air. I have spent the last week, every day for 7 hours plus in it and I really didn't think I'd been sitting in anything. There's enough support for your thighs (I found using the foot ring takes the weight off your thighs too), back support is great. And the center pneumatic column is infinitely adjustable between its lowest and highest settings; it is worthwhile experimenting with until you get it how you need it. It isn't the cheapest out that, sure. But neither is it the most expensive you can buy, but so far for value for money I'm not sure it can be beaten. It was a great buy, especially for the price compared to other options. It was easy to put together and there are English instructions! The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations.
