Came very well packaged. Sink material is nice and thick has large insulation pad things what ever those spots are called to reduce noise. I LOVE this sink. It's beautifully crafted, the water runs toward the drain, and it includes a very nice sink grid (sink grids can get very pricey and if they are not included, it's hard to find one that fits perfectly that doesn't cost a small fortune). I have an InSinkerator, so did not need the included drain cover and basket - but they look MUCH better than the InSinkerator drain ;). Note, the sink is very heavy. Ordered this farmhouse sink in glossy blue. Absolutely love it! Color is even better than it appears online. More iridescent. I just got my kitchen redone. Let me say that I am not a fan of stainless steel or single bowl sinks. I do not use a dishwasher. My kitchen is small and I didn’t use a dishwasher when I had one. I had first ordered a composite granite sink from a local company that was shipped here. After two sinks came chipped, I had had enough. So I ordered this sink. It’s heavy, it’s old school and deep and I like it so far. So, we’ll see how it works. It came with silicone washers, but it leaked, so the guy that did my kitchen had to use plumbers putty instead, because the sink was leaking. It also comes with sink grids and basket strainers.. Really nice sink! The material seems sturdy, and the color is nice. We wanted a single bowl, and this one is great because it’s deep and spacious! It also has a lot of fancy extras that are a nice perk. Unfortunately, the cup wash function is not pressure activated, so you have to be careful not to accidentally click that switch without anything on it. My only complaint is that the measurements do not account for the mounting brackets. We were replacing our old sink with this one, measured 3 times to be certain we got the right size, and it 33” without the mounting brackets. Not a big deal if you’re cutting out the countertop at the time of install, but ours was previously cut out, so it wouldn’t fit without shaving down the countertop 1/2 inch or grinding off the mounting bracket.
