Originally, I was very hesitant on purchasing this desk because the tabletop is in 4 pieces. I was worried about whether the tops of each piece would be level to each other or if the gaps between the pieces would be uneven or wide. I would have to say, I am very happy with the outcome of this table. tabletop came as smooth as can be. Height range of adjustment on this table is amazing. It can go low enough for my 5 yr. old to work at or tall enough for a 6.5ft man to stand at. Surprisingly easy to assemble. Will need a second person to assist with lifting the top with legs attached. Only thing which is minor is that the instructions showed extra hardware like bolts and nuts were to be included but were not. Glad I didn't lose any during the install.
