Came quickley , packaged well, no damage!! I purchaed the 20" for a small powder room so it came assembled. The color goes great with wy wood floor which was a big plus!! It is pretty strudy and well built. We had to cut out part of the top shelf to go around the pumbing of a new faucet. But it stilll gives me a littl room on ea side for storage of toiletries. Fits perfect for the small space. We refinished the wood molding trim and had to trim a few pieces down to install and anchor vanity to the wall. Very happy with over all look and quality.. Jo. It came completely unassembled, but it was easy to put together. It will take two people to assemble it quickly and easily (roughly an hour), but one person can definitely do it with a bit more time — and, of course, a bit more frustration. Have a friend help out to make the process faster and less frustrating. There was a bit of a gap in the doors, but after some tweaking, it became much less noticeable and we can live with it. This vanity is a beauty and the perfect size for a small bathroom. It's almost black compared to the gray-blue shown in the photo. While the white ceramic top may be durable, it's fussy, and water, as well as other minor household chemicals, leave liquid spots that must be wiped away almost immediately (the photo doesn't pick up the liquid spots). For that reason, I gave it one star less. However, a wet or dry microfiber cloth can moisten the liquid spots and wipe them away. This vanity is very nice. There are some issues with sizing on website says 96 inch but really 93 inches. Also the ceramic countertops are not white they are beige/gray hue. The vanity is made of wood. All other items are great. I have reported these two issues to high up staff who are fixing the website items and possible change countertops to white as per description on site. Wayfair has been outstanding to me and without asking they refunded me $1220.00 for my issues with a blink of an eye. They will update the site shortly. Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily.
