The hammock didn’t come with the correct hardware, but customer service was helpful when we called and gave us a few options to resolve it. Assembly was also more difficult than expected. Great product. The wood is beautiful and looks to be well sealed. I was able to put the hammock stand together on my own in about 2 hours. It would’ve only taken an hour however I had to take it a part and start over. All the pieces and the holes aligned well. A couple of tips I wish I had before starting: the larger holes need to be on the outside of the frame, not the inside - the instructions do not make this clear. This hammock stand is made very well. It is painted very good and looks great. Unfortunately my 13 foot hammock did not fit well. After wrapping the ends I touched the ground when laying on it.
