This light is perfect in my closet! With an 8' ceiling, I needed something that was semi-flush so it wouldn't hang too low in the closet. This one is beautiful and just what I needed. One note, you do need candleabra base bulbs and the pointed ones are better than the round ones. I only had round ones, and I was able to use them, but one of two of them are really tight when I put the glass discs on the arms. I got LED bulbs, so they don't get hot, but I still don't recommend the round ones.The finish is as it looks in the pictures. It's beautiful brushed brass that is not too yellow.
